Refund Policy

At PC ASSIST, we take pride in delivering professional, reliable technology services. If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

IT Support & Computer Repairs

Refunds are generally not available for labour or services that have already been completed.

If we believe a problem was not resolved due to an error on our part, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue before considering a refund.

Website Design

Website projects are completed in stages and require significant time and development.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded in full.

If work has already commenced, any refund will be assessed based on the amount of work completed.

Website Hosting & Ongoing Services

Hosting, maintenance and other recurring services may be cancelled at any time.

No further charges will apply after cancellation, however payments already made are generally not refundable.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind after services have been completed or digital work has been delivered.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name
  • Invoice number (if available)
  • A description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
